Not enough training currently need to up the hours on the bike, and also get some swimming completed, feel very behind were I should be, but then I’m not really sure where that is ?

Lycra is Not for me always been a shirt and shorts type of guy, but may get persuaded into something tight for this event….watch this space, always leave kit choice until the very last minute.

I’m byfar the slowest of all taking part, so everyone has to hang around waiting for me to finish.. but finish I will!
